LBB LUXE HAIR PURCHASE TERMS

By placing an order with The LBB Luxe Hair Collection, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, selected the correct product, texture, length, color, and quantity, and reviewed our shipping and return policies.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, natural characteristics of human hair, and differences between individual bundles.

Products described as raw or virgin hair should be cared for according to the recommended hair-care instructions. Longevity and appearance depend on installation, maintenance, coloring, heat use, products used, and other factors. Unless expressly stated, results and lifespan are not guaranteed.

Pre-order customers acknowledge the processing timeframe displayed in the product description and shipping policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to fulfill an order. If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
